HOW DO YOU HANDLE SCRATCHED CDs?
RiPiT Digital attempts to convert all CDs no matter how damaged. The CDs that are too damaged to convert are noted for the customer. Damaged CDs are returned along with the converted CDs.

HOW DO I LOAD THE MUSIC ONTO MY COMPUTER?
When you receive your DVD transfer the files from the DVD onto your computers hard drive.

DOES RIPIT MAINTAIN COPIES OF MY MUSIC?
No. RiPiT Digital does not maintain a database of music. We delete all music 7 business days after the transaction is complete.

WILL MY ORIGINAL CDs BE RETURNED TO ME?
Yes. Your CD collection will be returned to you along with your digital music library CD or DVD.

ARE THERE CDs RIPIT DIGITAL WILL NOT CONVERT?
Yes. RiPiT Digital will not rip CDs containing copy protection software, badly scratched CDs, CD-Rs, pirated or copied CDs.

WHAT DIGITAL FOMATS DO YOU CONVERT TO?
RiPiT Digital can convert to most digital formats.  This includes MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG and WMA. If you need a different format, call or email us and we will try and make arrangements to convert to the requested format.

CASSETES, and LPS?
RiPiT Digital converts CDs, LPs, and Cassettes. For other formats please call or email.


IS SPECIAL EDITING DONE FOR CLASSICAL MUSIC?
Yes. RiPiT Digital has created a classical music library labeling standard that allows all pertinent information to be viewed (composer, conductor, orchestra and artist).
