The Process is simple:
Step 1 Fill out the RipIt Digital order form. It will ask you all questions to get the process started. Or call us at 773-600-4733.
Step 2

A RipIt Digital customer service representative will contact you to schedule a pickup or drop off.

If you are mailing your CD collection to RipIt Digital, the customer service representative will contact you to let you know your ripping packet has been sent out. The ripping packet includes all the secure shipping materials and shipping labels you will need. Once you have loaded your CDs into the provided box, put the return shipping label on the box and FedEx will return to pick it up.
Step 3 Once RipIt Digital receives your CD collection we will convert your collection into the format of your choice. Once your music is converted it will go into our quality control process. During this process a RipIt Digital technician proofreads and checks all the converted music for errors. This step insures consistent and flawless converted music. Once the music is through the quality control process it is burned onto DVDs and loaded onto to your digital music player.
Step 4 A RipIt Digital customer service representative will contact to you to schedule the pickup or drop off of your newly converted music. If you mailed your collection in we will mail your newly converted music back to you.
